Folic Acid 800 micrograms, Iron (as ferrous fumerate) 60mg, Iodine (as potassium iodide) 220 micrograms, Thiamine (Vitamin B1, as thiamine nitrate) 1.4mg, Riboflavine (Vitamin B2) 1.4mg, Nicotinamide 18mg, Panthothenic acid (Vitamin B5, as calcium panthothenate) 6mg, Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6, as pyridoxine hydrochloride) 1.9mg, Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) 2.6 micrograms, Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 85 mg, Colecalciferol (Vitamin D3 200 IU) 5 micrograms, dI-alpha-tocopherol (Vitamin E, as dI-alpha tocopheryl acetate) 18.7mg, Biotin (Vitamin H) 30 micrograms, Calcium (as calcium hydrogen phosphate anhydrous, calcium pantothenate and calcium carbonate) 125mg, Magnesium (as magnesium oxide-heavy and magnesium stearate) 100mg, Copper (as cupric sulfate anhydrous) 1mg, Manganese (as manganese sulfate monohydrate) 1.9mg, Zinc (as zinc citrate dyhydrate) 11mg, Selenium (as sodium selenite) 50 micrograms

Directions

Take Natalis for at least one month before pregnancy, throughout pregnancy, and while breastfeeding. Take one tablet daily with a main meal or as directed by your healthcare professional.
